Our founding attorney, Matthew Rosbrugh, has extensive experience in both State and Federal courts in South Carolina. Before attending law school at the University of South Carolina, Mr. Rosbrugh was a veteran police officer and narcotics and vice investigator in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Since graduating from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2000, Mr. Rosbrugh has been practicing in both the State and Federal Courts of South Carolina. Mr. Rosbrugh is a member of the South Carolina Bar and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
Mr. Rosbrugh provides legal services for all types of litigation including personal injury claims, business litigation, construction defects, civil rights defense, governmental employee defense, police officer defense, car wrecks, motorcycle wrecks, on the job injuries, worker's compensation claims, legal malpractice, divorce, child custody, child support, commercial vehicle wrecks, consumer litigation, and defective products.
Mr. Rosbrugh also shares his knowledge and experience with other lawyers by lecturing at Continuing Legal Education courses for other lawyers.
